Warranty Terms & Agreement

1.Introduction


This warranty policy outlines the coverage and limitations pertaining to the e-bike sold to the purchaser.

2.Definitions

Purchaser: The original buyer of the e-bike.
Warranty Period: The duration under which specified components are covered.
Defects: Faults or flaws arising from manufacturing or material imperfections.

3.Warranty Coverage

3.1. Duration & Components of Warranty

  1. Frame: 48 months from the Date of Purchase.
  2. Electronic Parts (Battery, Controller, Charger display, Sensor, Throttle): 18 months from the date of purchase.
  3. Motor: 15 months from the date of purchase.
  4. Drive Train (RD, Chain, BB set, crank, and cassette): 6 months from the date of purchase.
  5. Components (Handlebar, Stem, Seat post, Hub, Pedal, Headset, Spokes): per component manufacturer coverage.
  6. Tire/Alloy Rim (For joint open only): 6 months from the date of purchase.

3.2. Extent of Coverage

Warranty covers defects arising from manufacturing or material imperfections.

4.Limitations & Exclusions

  1. Normal Wear and Tear Not covered by this warranty.
  2. Damage from External Sources Accidents, misuse, neglect, or natural disasters are excluded.
  3. Unauthorized Repairs or Modifications Warranty void if alterations are made without authorization.
  4. Non-Transferability Valid only for the original purchaser.

5. Making a Claim

To make a claim, please send an email to service@ebikecan.ca, stating the nature of your warranty claim.

6. Remedies

  1. Repair or Replacement Faulty components will be repaired or replaced based on the assessment. 
  2. Refunds Refund policy is valid for one week after purchase on ebikes with less than 20 km 

7. Disclaimers

  1. No Other Warranties This written warranty is the sole agreement between the purchaser and seller/manufacturer.
  2. Limitation of Liability No responsibility for incidental or consequential damages.
