For the Greater Toronto Area, packed boxes ship in 2–3 business days, and assembled bikes in 5–6 days. Canada-wide shipping takes 3–7 business days.
2. Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only ship ebikes to Canada and the US
3. What is the return policy?
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging. A 25% restocking fee may apply depending on the item condition
4. Are there items that cannot be returned?
Yes, used products, batteries, special orders, sale items, gift cards, and gifted orders are non-returnable, except in extreme cases of malfunction covered by warranty.
5. How do I initiate a return?
Contact EBIKECAN to receive prior authorization and a prepaid return shipping label. Warranty issues must be resolved before processing a return.
6. Is a signature required at delivery?
Yes, for e-bikes and batteries, a signature is usually required due to the item's high value and lithium-ion battery regulations.
