Really happy with my folding e-bike. It’s light, easy to carry around, and a smooth ride. I also picked up a few accessories that make it even more practical. The team was very nice and helpful with all my questions, and I’d recommend them to anyone looking for a nimble folding e-bike to ride around the city.

I am very pleased with my Lancet Pro e-bike. I find it very well engineered. It seems that no corners were cut. You can change the name from Lancet Pro to Lancet Deluxe because this is what this bike is. Its performance is excellent too. Being a mid-drive, there is enough power for my needs. The motor is very quiet too. There is just a little hum when running. The torque sensor works very well. The same for the front fork. I have not drained the battery fully yet so I do not know how far one can go on a charge but this is so relative to individual riding styles and terrains that one cannot give an accurate number but I can say that the number are high if you don't push it too hard for too long. My only disappointment is in the color display. For me, it is way too small and difficult to see even in a cloudy day. To make matter worse, the speedometer numbers are cut in half diagonally. It may give a cool look but is less practical. If you have very good vision, it may not be a concerned but I would prefer a less fancy display to a larger black & white one or a display with the e-ink like the e-readers display. The display is not a deal breaker though. It is kind of the only area where it can be improved. It would also be nice to have the option of an Enviolo CVT hub. It is a little bit more expensive but you get a better transmission with no gear. The bike has eight gears not nine as advertised. It is a well worth e-bike.

Really happy with my aurora from. I’ve been looking for something lightweight and solid to ride around Caledon, and this one delivers. Sasan at the shop was helpful and knew his stuff. The bike looks great, rides smooth, and the battery lasts longer than I need. No complaints at all. I'd recommend the Aurora to anyone looking for a good gravel e-bike.

Great lightweight ebike that pretty much just feels like a regular bike under you…. Plus it’s pretty easy manoeuvring it on public transit and go buses. I went to their shop for a test ride and the whole experience was very smooth. Highly recommend.

Excellent product, I get so many comments about my e-bike every time I take it out for a ride. I throughly enjoy my e-bike and its performance on the trails and roads. Amazing product and service.

Received my Nova just over a week after ordering. EbikeCan shipped out same day as I ordered, so great service there! CanPar did not update their tracking info regularly, and did not contact me to arrange delivery, just driver showing up unannounced. But this isn't the shop's fault.

Got the bike, well packed and secure, and it's exactly as described. Few fiddly bits to install such as the front fender, headlight but overall pretty easy and quick assembly.

I've ridden mtn bikes in BC for over 30 years but this is my first ebike. I'll be using this for commuting to work. I'm used to 4 piston hydraulic discs, but so far I have no issues with the simple mechanical discs on this. They work fine for the commuting I've done so far, which is about 140kms.
It's using approx 50% of full charge for a 50km round trip commute, at PAS level 3 or 4, so claimed range seems accurate. My one way commute of 25kms is 75% flat and takes about 50min, which is almost same as driving due to traffic, and quicker than transit.

Being an experienced biker and having built most of mtn bikes from a bare frame, I had a lot of questions before purchasing. EbikeCan was great at trying to answer all of them. I am very happy with the level of customer service I received.

Came with faulty tire tube. They sent one right away.

Bought 2 bikes a few weeks ago for our vacation in the states and had an issue with one of the batteries.
Made a call to Ebike and they shipped one right away, received it in 2 days.
That's great service if you ask me.
