What is the estimated range on a full battery charge?
With pedal assist (PAS), the estimated range is:
Level1 PAS: 90–95 km
Level 5 PAS: 45–50 km
Note: Actual range may vary depending on terrain, rider weight, weather, and riding habits.
How long does it take to fully charge the battery?
Approximately 3.5 hours for a full charge.
What kind of warranty comes with your E-bikes?
Frame: 4 years
Electrical components (battery, motor, controller, charger, display, sensor, throttle): 18 months
Can I assemble them by myself?
Yes! Our E-bikes arrive 90% pre-assembled. You’ll just need to install the handlebar, front tire, and lights. Assembly is quick and straightforward.

What are the differences between Class 1, Class 2, and Class 3 E-bikes?
Class 1: Pedal assist only, no throttle — up to 32 km/h

What is the recommended rider height range?
Lancet 2 is Suitable for riders from 5'1" to 6'4" (167–195 cm)
Is Lancet 2.0 water resistant?
Yes, all our e-bikes are designed with an IPX65 water resistance rating, making them safe to use in rainy conditions. However, we advise against fully submerging the e-bike in water.
