I am very pleased with my Lancet Pro e-bike. I find it very well engineered. It seems that no corners were cut. You can change the name from Lancet Pro to Lancet Deluxe because this is what this bike is. Its performance is excellent too. Being a mid-drive, there is enough power for my needs. The motor is very quiet too. There is just a little hum when running. The torque sensor works very well. The same for the front fork. I have not drained the battery fully yet so I do not know how far one can go on a charge but this is so relative to individual riding styles and terrains that one cannot give an accurate number but I can say that the number are high if you don't push it too hard for too long. My only disappointment is in the color display. For me, it is way too small and difficult to see even in a cloudy day. To make matter worse, the speedometer numbers are cut in half diagonally. It may give a cool look but is less practical. If you have very good vision, it may not be a concerned but I would prefer a less fancy display to a larger black & white one or a display with the e-ink like the e-readers display. The display is not a deal breaker though. It is kind of the only area where it can be improved. It would also be nice to have the option of an Enviolo CVT hub. It is a little bit more expensive but you get a better transmission with no gear. The bike has eight gears not nine as advertised. It is a well worth e-bike.
