Finding the Perfect Fit
Measure Accurately
Use a soft measuring tape around the widest part of your head—about 1 inch above your eyebrows. Compare the result to the helmet’s sizing chart.
Check the Fit
The helmet should sit flat and level on your head, not tilted. It should feel snug but not tight and shouldn’t shift when you move your head.
Adjust the Straps
Ensure the straps form a clean “V” shape under your ears and fasten comfortably beneath your chin—secure, but not too tight.
Why an E-bike Helmet?
Riding at higher speeds on an electric bike increases the risk of impact and reduces reaction time to hazards. Additionally, wearing a proper helmet is legally required in some areas, such as Toronto, and is important for safety.
While conventional bike helmets are certified under CPSC (US) or EN 1078 (Europe)—standards meant for speeds up to 25 km/h—helmets with NTA 8776 certification are tested to protect riders at speeds up to 45 km/h (28 mph).
