I've had a few troubles with this bike here and there since I bought it. The breaks weren't the best so I replaced them with hydraulic ones and I was on and off getting a connection error that I was told to check the connection every time I asked about it, and it only took maybe a month or two for my first flat tire. It was a huge hassle to replace the tube as for some reason the tread was rediculopusly tight and impossible to take off, but I moved past it. After that I would basically get a flat tire every month, sometimes twice a month and every time I contacted I would be told that they can only replace, repair or even give me suggestions if I brought it in to them which was impossible as I had it shipped to me. I never take this bike on rough terrain, and only ever took it on flat, smooth, straight dirt trails or just pavement with minimal bumps. I tried going slower, faster, filling tubes more or less, changing the tread and always got a flat. The connection issue kept appearing more and more as well, and for some reason the bike started to use more power than it should as I ALWAYS use it with pedal assist and it still used more power than if I was using full electric mode. This wouldn't be a huge problem if this bike wasn't my only means of transportation, so I ended up walk this bike home from my job SEVERAL times. Every time I contact I was told there is nothing at all they can do, and the huge issues only started to show up after the return window otherwise I would've just returned it and went somewhere else. Even today when I have an emergency I tried to change the tire and as soon as I put in a new tube I head air hissing out of it, and I'm serious when I say I've went over this rim several times and have seen nothing sharp or any debris that could do anything to my tubes. I also had trouble pulling out the cable as for some reason it started to corrode so I could barely get it out and now I'm sure even if I got a tube on the cable wouldn't work anymore. This could very well be user error as I have no knowledge on bikes or ebikes as it is, but I've owned several bikes and an ebike before this that were all perfectly fine and never gave me a single problem. Don't buy this bike unless you live near one of their shops so you can take it in, otherwise the warranty and customer service will do nothing to help, not even try to suggest or diagnose anything.
